The camera does not open

On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and allow access for Cube, Solve! Then close the app completely and open it again.

A color is recognized incorrectly

Use even, diffused light, clean the camera lens, and keep the cube face inside the frame without glare. You can correct every recognized color manually on the review screen.

The cube does not pass validation

Check that all six faces have been entered and that each color appears exactly 4, 9, or 16 times depending on the selected size. On a 3×3, the center tiles identify each face and cannot be changed. Do not turn individual cube layers while entering faces.

Premium did not unlock

Make sure the device is signed in to the App Store. In the app, open Settings → Premium and tap Restore Purchases. The subscription is linked to the Apple ID used for the original purchase.

To change or cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Your first successfully calculated 3×3 solve is free; 2×2, 4×4, and later solves require Premium.
